McKenzie Launched The Patriotic Alliance political party On 30 November 2013, And Became The Party’s First President. As well as being an established author, haing published 7 books and motivational speaker, Gayton Mckenzie has gone on to work as a consultant in the mining industry and today runs a diversified business with interests in resturants, hotels and venues, logistics and transport, imports, mining energy, entertainment and events as well as farming.
Kenny Kunene the co-founder and current Deputy President of the Patriotic Alliance has had a heart for politics from his youth day. Kunene got involved in student politics in the 1980s and at the age of 15 he was imprisoned for 6 months due to his role in student uprising and protests in the Free State. An established businessman he has ventured into various industries, mining, entertainment and events as well as Yookoo Rides an e-hailing service established in 2019.
